Bulk Management for Multi-Lot Auctions

We’ve streamlined the management of Auctions Live Online Bidding Registration across Multi-Lot Auctions with the introduction of new Bulk Actions.

Registration settings can now be updated across multiple lots at once, making it faster and easier to manage larger auction events while still providing the flexibility to apply changes only where required.

Manage Registration Settings in Bulk

Subscribers can now manage Online Bidding Registration settings across multiple selected lots, including all lots within a Multi-Lot Auction. Individual lots can also be selected when changes are required for only part of an auction event.

Changes are applied only to the selected lots, ensuring the existing settings for unselected lots remain unchanged.

• ● Bulk Registration Management: Online Bidding Registration can be enabled or disabled across selected lots through Bulk Actions.
• ● Registration Settings: The Online Bidder Registration Method is managed through a dedicated modal, providing a clear and focused configuration process.
• ● Consistent Configuration: The same Online Bidder Registration Method setting remains available when creating or editing an individual listing.
• ● Settings Synchronisation: Changes made through Bulk Actions are reflected in the corresponding listing settings, maintaining consistent configuration across Auctions Live.

Bidding Method Indicators

Bidding method indicators are now displayed directly within the Multi-Lot Auction lots section, making it easier to identify the bidding methods enabled for each lot without opening the individual listing.

The Online Bidding Registration indicator provides an immediate visual representation of its current status:

• ● Green: Online Bidding Registration is enabled.
• ● Red: Online Bidding Registration is disabled.
• ● Status Tooltip: Hovering over the indicator displays additional status information for quick reference.

Improved Lot Details

The lot details experience has also been enhanced with a new Show/Hide Details control positioned alongside the existing lot action buttons.

Selecting the dropdown icon expands the lot to display an organised details section containing key property information, bidding settings and other relevant configuration details directly within the Multi-Lot Auction interface.

• ● Organised Lot Information: Key lot information is presented in a cleaner and more structured format for easier review.
• ● Bid Increment Presets: The selected Bid Increment Preset is displayed within the expanded details, with the ability to preview its configured increment structure.
• ● Bidding Method Indicators: Enabled bidding methods are clearly displayed within the lot details section for convenient reference.

A More Efficient Multi-Lot Workflow

These enhancements provide a faster and more efficient way to manage and review lots within Multi-Lot Auctions. Registration settings can be updated individually or across multiple lots, while important bidding and lot information can be reviewed directly from the auction event.

By reducing the need to repeatedly open individual listing pages, subscribers can manage larger auction events with greater visibility and fewer unnecessary navigation steps.
